JurisTech (Juris Technologies) is a leading Malaysian-based fintech company, specialising in enterprise-class software solutions for banks, financial institutions, and telecommunications companies in Malaysia, Southeast Asia, and beyond. This privacy policy sets out how we collect, use, disclose and protect the information you give us through this website, our mobile chat applications, our social media platforms, and other channels of communication.

JurisTech protects your personal information by complying with the operative legislation concerning personal data protection in Malaysia, being the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“The Act”), which came into effect on 15th November 2013.

In such cases, we will handle your personal data in accordance with this JurisTech Privacy Policy Statement and ensure that our data processor complies with applicable data privacy laws.

If not, then we will destroy it by purging it from our electronic, manual, and other filing systems according to our internal procedures and schedules.
